• Travel Tickets:

Saudi Arabian Airlines in Collaboration with IRCICA will issue free tickets to lecturing participants and some of the artisans from participating Islamic countries. • VISAs:

All registered participants in the conference are eligible for free VISAs to enter the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; they can collect it from the nearest Saudi Arabian Embassy or Consulate in their country of residence.

• Traditional Masterpieces Exhibition:

Suitable Areas have been allocated for every participating country in the exhibit, in addition to providing proper storage for valuable objects, the exhibition area is now fully furnished with all necessary and ancillary display utensils, decoration and lighting.

• Publications & Photos Exhibition:

Suitable Areas for every participating country has been allocated to display posters, photographs, and slides related to handicrafts, Proper display has been installed for publications, in addition to fully furnishing the display ground with decoration and lighting. 

• Accommodations:

The conference organizing committee is working to provide free accommodations for all participants in the conference either were Formal Delegations, Lecturers, or Artisans.

• Expenditures:

All registered participants will be provided with 3 meals daily during the conference.

• Transportation:

The Conference organizing committee will provide suitable means to transport the participants to and from the conference center.

• Reception and deportation:

Participant will be received upon arrival at KKIA to facilitate their transfer to their place of residence and making use of this service.
